ClickTracks Training
The ClickTracks Training Program is designed to provide ClickTracks Web Analytics users with a thorough understanding of all of ClickTracks' features, as well as the underlying concepts that'll let you make the best use of these features.
With this training, you'll become familiar with the multitude of factors that go into successful web analysis, including how to construct a web site in a way that gives you the best data, understanding the way that data is logged and retrieved, the way visitors navigate web sites, and the best ways to interpret and understand visitor behavior.
Each training session takes about two hours to complete. They're delivered by a live ClickTracks staffer via a web interface using the GotoAssist web conferencing system. These sessions aren't boring, one-sided classes! We actively encourage questions, comments, and suggestions during these trainings—and we've built that interactive time into the course plan.
We offer all sessions at $500 per 2-hour session, but we recommend taking them as a series. Fill out the form below for special pricing options.
BASIC TRAINING SESSIONS:

In this 'jump start' session, we’ll discuss your goals, help you define key performance indicators (KPIs) and teach you the power of visitor segmentation. | Navigation & Usability | In this session, we'll focus on user experience and navigation by talking about data controls, data interpretation and segmentation techniques. Much of our time will be spent configuring a basic Funnel Report—a report that will help identify issues in your web site's sales process. | |
| Campaigns & Search | Here, you'll be able to find out the campaigns, keywords, and referrers that are having an impact on your bottom line. We’ll help you unleash the power of the Campaign Report and show you how to drill down into specific keywords using the Search Report. You’ll also learn how to tell the difference between click fraud or a poorly-performing ad using click fraud forensics. | |
| Bringing it Together | In this session, we'll review your key metrics and explore the advanced techniques you need to master in order to take action. We'll cover topics like analyzing custom data, performing an A/B split test, and best user management techniques. |
